Frankly one reason I may be saying it is I’m not going to a conference this year due to the fact that the lead guy posted something about a Russian weapon using scalar waves

Seemed like Fear mongering

However this is worth diving to the bottom of because it relates to free energy principles that are poorly understood at these times

Either is complete bull or start of something major
