You know when you daydream, or your thoughts drift?
In some important fashion, what you consume during the day – the information you consume – all those ideas and stories you sponge up, let’s say they become like seeds, that then later on, are often sparking flowerings in your mind; like they become initiators for many of your day-dreams.
Your mind, being so magical by nature, likes to play with what you put into it.
So Eat Oyster Pearls
Keeping our Mind full of stories of merit, seeds we want – that is wise, and helps keep our freqeuncy higher. We dwell on good things, sprout fruitful fantasies, explore good ideas. Fruits.
Whereas if you just ingest a ton of prickly pickles, you know, ideas of the lower levels; you sort of Eore bore along inside. Drift like a lukewarm log. Trump butts buttoms up.
Resonance wise, even writing those words I lower our vibe. So let us say, some things like:
Allelujah. Us in the Highest. Kombucha Kowabunga.

You can somewhat guard against low energy entering your precious and innocent subconscious.
For example, when people are telling stories rooted in negative energy, you can focus your awareness on something better – say, your energy radiating out from you and into the room – and try to raise the energy of the room. Maybe tell a sweet joke, too.
Or just rest in love.
Another example. With the TV or input streams like that, if you see a low vibe advertisment, you can mentally guard against it – lightly admonish it. As in: not accept it as true, valid. Don’t give it permission to plant roots.
