Health Kick

The goal before working on our ‘software’ or mental state, spiritual state, what have you – is to first climb a flight of stairs with our physical health.

What I mean by this is aim for our perfect body, with physical fitness.

Simply put: aim to get as healthy as we can, in a slow and steady fashion – with a little bit of a summer burst.

I have my thoughts for this in a playlist (18min total).

Please watch the first video in this series, and then – decide if you fit into either of these groups (I am putting myself in both)

+ Fat loss

For the group(s) you belong to, watch the videos to get my mindset and strategy ideas to incorporate. I’ll work with you 1:1 and also – we will team up for accountability.

Note – we are going for feeling near perfect in our body, so be picky with this.

Final Note – In the first video I mention Purium, and I wanted to say now that we will discuss this further in an upcoming session. This company has some established cleanse products, that are ayurvedic friendly, and my intuition has recommended.

  2. Join in ‘muscle growth’ and or ‘fat loss’ group(s), and we will hold ourselves accountable.
  3. Do a 1:1 with me this week or weekend, too.
  4. Get at it! Have fun! This will pay off – this will set us up for refining mind/spirit and achieving more with our subtle energy.
