Motivation and Zazen

Hey Men,

It appears to me that we need three things,

One is the good old high level spank-motivate, a reminder of why we aim for ‘north of the norm’ or above the waters our peers swim in.

Two is the Chi-Zazen how-to remindoo.

Three is the family tree and the wee to man-claim by fam-unchain.

Spank-Motivate

We all have the pulls up and down.  My spirits will literally show up arrows and down arrows at certain times –

The caveat of course is that there are seasons and rhythms, times for down and times for up

That said – the main premise I have in creating this program is that: in the current waters of the main stream, a surge of upward effort in your formative years (before 40) will serve you handsomely.

Rationale: the root delusions or emotionally driven hidings you could call it, of the main stream – are so unhealthy of a root-bed that you cannot stand to not do-the-do.

You’re wise to swim out of the main current, and plant some healthier roots in higher (truer) grounds.

Afternote

The root delusions are of course that place is happenstance and the game is not orchestrated by higher powers; that we are not immortal beings with immortal score cards.

This (through any honest and sincere inquiry) can be proven false on its face.

That in fact, a thorough-enough objective exploration will yield the god-created truth that the game is not only multi-layered, but cosmic – and that the occurrences on Earth in these times are most clear once understanding the game more fully.

Most preciously, you have a guidance system of your own (your own multi-dimensional self) that is your primary value.  That beyond guidance, it is a storehouse of energy available to you, that is you – and that with this lens, you fill find more of your codes and lessons on an increasingly speedy basis.

Chi-Zazen

Now in this program my argument is that the upward climb you embark upon in your formative years is best done holistically and that specifically, seeking for and cultivating a sense of Chi will accelerate your development. 

The holistic side of this is to be in pristine physical condition.  To every day grow stronger (except those feminine rhythms of rest and feast, that ultimately recharge you and fuel your ascent).

To review your life frequently, honestly, openly.  To yield to truth and to change.

To feed in new ways.

But then the accelerator, is to seek for the subtle-energy activation in particular. 
 

This will come when you are ready, but who decides when you are ready?

Ready or Not

The ancient art of Zazen is tool number 1.  It may take you months, but if you are deep – you will win.

Literally what is occurring is you are choosing to sink into a deeper zone of your being. 

Normally, if your Zazen is tight and locked – you have this breaths away.

In the beginning, you do not have it at all.

Mind over matter.

Except in Zazen, it is only matter.  Mind permeates matter.

Perfect your stance in your being. 

Strong, Kong.

Easy, nothing.

Drop all tension from the muscles in your back.  This may take 20 minutes at first, muscles drop when your guard lessens.  Eventually you habituate this low effort state – and you don’t hold that tension in your back.

You need support from your tanden to hold yourself in a low effort state.

Tanden is the inner grip, the strongest set

Grapefruit size, softball size, tennis ball size – it’s your only grip you make along with a slow downstroke of breathe that bouyous you upwards.

This hara is your seat, you form it with an inner squeeze that you create as the base of your breathe.  Subtle but strong enough to buoyant your whole spine.

Hara is the supporting sphere, the subtle corset draw (with stomach out)

Spine becomes a stalk that has rhythms like tides.

Peripheries, 180 degree vision – you phase-shift larger via edges.  Zones.

Subtle fire through downstroke breathe.


Tibetan melts snow.

Your breathe is feeding/stoking coal increasingly

Your lower self will avoid sinking into the state.

But when it is on, you feel the pleasure of the downbreathe and you’ve zone-shifted to samhadi – a static fire tingles in a cone in your midsetion.

Coal expands into subtle-fire tingle field and deep set of psyche
